Milan is a consultant at Volterra, bringing over four years of experience delivering evidence-based insights across economic development, spatial planning and regeneration. He is a skilled economist with expertise in data analysis, economic modelling and large dataset manipulation, enabling him to translate complex information into clear, actionable solutions.

During his time at WSP and GL Hearn, Milan contributed to a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects, including economic growth strategies, socio-economic assessments, economic impact assessments and health impact assessments. He also originated a number of housing and employment land reports to support local authorities with the development of their emerging local plans.
