Jasper is a Consultant at Volterra, experienced in articulating the impacts of projects in the built environment to support informed decision-making. He has supported public and private sector clients across the UK and internationally through business cases, economic appraisals, policy and strategy development, and planning applications for development and major infrastructure projects.

With a background in transport policy and strategy, Jasper combines quantitative analysis, GIS and qualitative research to explore economic and demographic trends, assess development opportunities and develop evidence-based recommendations, communicating complex analysis through clear and engaging visual outputs.

Jasper is particularly interested in how investment and effective planning can address social and economic inequalities, improve accessibility and ensure that the benefits of growth are shared equitably, helping to create more sustainable and inclusive places and communities.
