We are delighted to announce that Luke Thurley has been made Partner at Volterra.

Luke joined the team eight years ago after completing his Master’s in Economics. His progression to partner reflects eight years of consistently excellent work, genuine commitment to the firm, and standards that have quietly raised the bar for everyone around him.

During his time with us, Luke has contributed to many of the UK’s most high-profile development and infrastructure projects, developing deep expertise across sectors, from rail freight and ports to social policy and estate regeneration. Over recent years he has led and grown our strategy and appraisal practice, building it into one of the firm’s core strengths.

But beyond the work, Luke is a huge part of what makes Volterra the team it is. His energy, warmth, and reliably good humour set the tone in the office in the best possible way. We are incredibly proud of everything he has achieved and excited for what comes next.
