We supported the Department of Health & Social Care and NHS Property Services on plans to transform under-used land beside the Royal London Hospital into flexible labs, offices and a cafés, anchoring Tower Hamlets’ MedCity vision. We quantified jobs, spending, health and equality outcomes. Our evidence helped the application secure planning submission, positioning Whitechapel as a world-class, inclusive life-sciences hub.
