We are currently supporting Westminster City Council and The Crown Estate in developing the Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for public realm improvements to Regent Street, Haymarket, and Piccadilly Circus. We are supporting the partnership in developing a framework which will appraise how options for intervention score against a diverse range of metrics building on the partnership ambitions for the project of “Accessible, Safe & Inclusive”, “Green & Sustainable”, and “World Class Destination”.
