Volterra supported Grosvenor and HSH in their successful application for a Peninsula hotel and high-end residential units at 1-5 Grosvenor Place. This required making the case for the loss of existing office space in favour of a luxury hotel and residential units. The arguments therefore focused around the tourism benefits to London of the proposed luxury hotel along with the indirect benefits that high-end residential units can support within the local and wider area. The application received planning permission.
