We supported British Land’s planning application for Euston Tower with a combined employment & skills strategy and regeneration statement. The development is a premium workspace in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter. In our work we estimated the economic impacts of the development and worked with British Land to build a comprehensive employment and skills plan which caters to Camden residents. Post-submission, we worked with British Land and the Council to identify employment and skills initiatives that were built around British Land’s vision to truly cater to local need and providing opportunities in highly valuable sectors. This included providing STEAM-related employment opportunities like apprenticeships in the operational phase, in addition to those in the construction phase. The application was granted planning permission in 2025.
