We authored the Peterborough Economic Strategy to identify high-potential sectors for future job growth. In parallel, we developed the Skills Strategy to understand resident barriers to accessing those new jobs and laying out an action plan to overcome those barriers. We conducted stakeholder interviews, business surveys and resident focus groups to inform our engagement-led strategy.
