We have been producing detailed economic reports, called Vibrancy Reports, for the London Heritage Quarter Business Improvement Districts (LHQ BIDs) since 2017. Our latest Vibrancy Report from 2024 presents a comprehensive baseline of the four LHQ BIDs – Northbank, Whitehall, Victoria and Victoria Westminster. Using rigorous data analysis and advanced mapping techniques, our team characterised the working (business environment, economic activity), residential (housing, wellbeing and health), visitor (visitor accommodation performance, visitor spend) and infrastructure (active travel metrics and sustainability of commercial developments) landscapes of these bespoke areas. Our Vibrancy Reports help stakeholders understand areas of strengths and improvements in the BIDs and investment decisions in the area.
