As a small firm, everyone has a say in how we structure our benefits. We review ideas together and adjust the package so it matches what people actually need. Some recent examples of this are:
  • Flexible Fridays: You have the chance to finish early on a Friday all year round. This flexible benefit is designed to suit each consultant around their individual workflows.
  • Health Cash Plan: Full medical insurance sounds useful in theory, but often goes unclaimed. Instead, our Cash Plan reimburses a variety of everyday costs – routine dental and eye tests, physio appointments, health assessments and other essentials. There is also an option to cover your partner.
