We supported the proposal for Marlow Film Studios — a large-scale, purpose-built film production campus in Buckinghamshire. Our work included a bottom-up, data-driven analysis to identify the best locations in the UK for a major new film studio. This evidence played a critical role in positioning Marlow as a leading candidate and was presented at the national planning inquiry to support the case for development. By highlighting the project’s potential to anchor the UK’s role in the international production market, we helped make the case for a world-class facility with lasting economic and cultural impact.
