We supported the London Borough of Enfield in advancing the phased regeneration of Joyce and Snells Estates, replacing 795 homes with 1,983 new dwellings and delivering new commercial, community and green spaces. We led early health and equality impact assessments alongside bespoke social infrastructure modelling to inform our socio-economic chapter. This quantified future demand for schools informing phasing to ensure services kept pace with population growth. Early stakeholder sessions with the NHS and education teams at the council shaped our findings. Our work secured early design changes and informed the estate-wide phasing plan, embedding health and social infrastructure into the regeneration process.
