Lucie joined Volterra as a Director in 2026 and brings over 15 years economics advisory experience from across the UK.

She specialises in economic planning and strategy on behalf of developers and investors, government agencies, sub-regional partnerships and local authorities, leading projects across Volterra's key business areas.

Lucie’s particular expertise includes developing economic evidence for local plans, formulating place-based investment and growth strategies, preparing business cases and economic impact assessments for strategic development and infrastructure projects. She also works with major property companies and land promoters to measure the economic and social value of their projects and real estate portfolios.

Lucie is an active member of the economic development community and enjoys sharing insight and best practice at key industry events.
