Micaela is an Economic Consultant at Volterra with a keen interest in inclusive economic growth, social impact and inward investment. Having studied Politics and Data Analytics at university, she is equipped with a strong grounding in policy analysis, research methods and data-led insight.

Prior to joining Volterra, Micaela supported the development of socio-economic and growth strategies for local and regional authorities across the North West, as well as sectoral and investment projects for regional development agencies. Since joining Volterra, she has supported impact evaluations for the private sector, alongside growth strategies for the public sector and socio-economic impact assessments across both sectors.
