At their recent annual event ‘Prospects for Property’, Volterra partner Paul Ormerod presented the outlook for the UK Economy and commercial and residential property sectors. Speaking to an audience of over 200 investors and property professionals, Paul outlined Volterra’s latest forecasts for the office, retail and industrial sectors.
