Sofia is an invaluable member of our team, and her dedication, expertise, and commitment consistently shines through. Sofia has an impressive track record of delivering innovative solutions to challenges we face in our work. A recent example of this is her work on the Joyce & Snells Estate Regeneration project to develop a bespoke population model that aged residents throughout the masterplan. This allowed for the social infrastructure impacts of the project to be assessed over time, which proved key in determining the phased delivery of the masterplan.
This promotion reflects not only Sofia’s outstanding performance but also her leadership skills, mentorship, and willingness to go the extra mile to support her colleagues. Her contribution to our team’s success is exceptional. Amongst Sofia’s most notable projects are Hemel Housing, Valley Ridge and Portsea Mews.
Sofia has organised several fun and inclusive socials for the Volterra team, showing a clear commitment to fostering a collaborative and cohesive team.
